The junction runs the day
Traffic here isn't a two-peak problem. The road between the city and Kazhakkoottam carries load steadily through the working day, and the junction is where it collects. A vehicle that finishes loading at eleven is a vehicle that then sits.
The practical answer is to start early and be moving before the road thickens. On a local shift within the city that's usually enough to finish comfortably inside a day. Where the destination is out toward Kazhakkoottam or beyond, the early departure matters more, because you're joining the same flow everybody else is.

Rented flats and what comes with them
A lot of the stock here is let rather than owned, and rented moves have their own rhythm. Leases end together at month end, deposits depend on the state you leave the place in, and the landlord's inventory is not always the same as your memory of it.
Two things follow from that. First, book earlier than feels necessary for a month-end date, because everyone else on your street is doing the same thing. Second, photograph the empty rooms and the meter readings before you hand the keys back. Access, floors and the usual constraints

Parking deserves a separate thought here because the frontage is shared with a lot of through traffic. On a residential lane a truck standing for two hours bothers nobody in particular. On a stretch that people are using to get somewhere else, it does, and a crew that has to keep moving the vehicle is a crew that is not carrying anything while it does. That is another reason the early slot is worth having rather than merely preferable.
