The first decision on an intercity move is the truck, and it genuinely changes the price and the timeline. A dedicated truck carries only your things and drives straight to the destination, which is faster and gives you a firm date, worth it for a full house or when the move's tied to a job. A shared load costs less because your goods fill in around others', which suits a smaller consignment where you've got some flexibility on the day.

We'll tell you honestly which fits rather than push the bigger option. For a single room or a part-house, a shared load often makes better sense; for a family move on a deadline, dedicated usually wins.

Dates fixed before we load, and tracked all the way

The frustrating thing about a lot of intercity moves is the vagueness, nobody quite commits to when it'll arrive. We fix the pickup and delivery dates before the truck's loaded, and you track it by GPS the whole way, so you're planning around a real window rather than hoping.

An intercity price turns on the destination, the volume, the truck type and the access at both ends, so we survey before quoting rather than guess. You get one figure in writing for the whole door-to-door move, billed on GST, with no re-weighing at the far end to inflate it. Optional transit insurance is there for the haul if you'd like the cover.

What to expect at the destination city

An intercity move doesn't end when the truck leaves Bangalore, and the destination is where an inexperienced mover comes unstuck. Every city has its own quirks, societies with their own move-in rules, older areas with lanes a big truck can't enter, buildings that only allow moves at set hours. Because we run these routes regularly, we know what's waiting at the other end and plan for it before we load.

Give us your destination society or address when you book, and we'll sort the lift booking, gate pass or shuttle vehicle ahead of the truck's arrival, just as we would for a local Bangalore move. It's the same care applied at both ends of the journey, and it's what keeps a long move from unravelling in the final mile.
