We pack and label by department, so the sales team's things arrive together and set up together, and we run the move over a weekend or overnight where we can. Come Monday the desks are back, the cabinets are where they should be, and people sit down and work.

Workstations, storage units and conference furniture are dismantled and reassembled by the same crew, and files stay boxed in order so nothing gets shuffled. It's less about muscle and more about a plan that survives contact with a real office full of cables and paperwork.

IT, servers and the things you can't afford to break

The IT is where an office move gets nervy, and rightly. Servers, monitors and network gear get anti-static wrap and their own careful handling, and we label cable bundles so the reconnection at the far end isn't a guessing game. Critical equipment can be moved first or last, whichever keeps your downtime shortest, and we plan that with whoever owns your IT.

You get one coordinator for the whole thing, so your admin team isn't chasing three different people. One number, one person who knows the plan, from the survey through to the last box set down.

Quoted before you commit, billed on GST

An office move is priced after a walk-through, not over the phone, because it turns on the headcount, the furniture, the IT, the floors and the move window. We put one firm figure in writing and itemise it on a GST invoice, which matters when it's going through your accounts. Whatever you approve is what you pay, with no surprise lines once the trucks are loaded.

Telling your team, and the settling-in week

A smooth office move is as much about communication as logistics. We give your admin team a clear plan and timeline they can pass on, so staff know what to pack into their own crate, what to label, and when their workstation will be ready. A little clarity up front heads off a hundred 'where's my monitor' questions on Monday morning.

The first day back is where the plan shows. Because everything's labelled by department and by person, people find their desks set up rather than a wall of anonymous boxes. We can keep a small crew on hand through the settling-in period too, to shift the few desks that didn't land quite right or set up an extra meeting room, so the new office works from day one instead of week two.
