1. Quotes and pricing

The estimate we give over the phone or by message is indicative. Your firm quote is confirmed after a free video or in-person survey, and that agreed price is what you pay — provided the scope doesn't change.

If the actual job differs from what was surveyed — extra items, a changed address, a floor with no working lift, or a longer carry distance — the price may be revised. We'll tell you before any additional charge applies.

2. Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed once you approve the quote and agree a date. We may ask for an advance to reserve your slot, with the balance due on completion of the move unless agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Rescheduling and cancellation

Plans change, and that's fine. Let us know as early as you can if you need to move your date. Cancellations made close to the booked slot may attract a charge to cover crew and vehicle already committed to your job.

4. Packing and handling

We pack with quality materials and handle your belongings with care. Items packed by the customer, or goods with a pre-existing defect, are moved at the owner's risk, as we can't verify how they were packed or their prior condition.

5. Items we don't carry

For safety and legal reasons, we can't transport certain goods.

• Cash, jewellery, and other valuables or important documents.
• Flammable, explosive, or hazardous materials.
• Perishable food, plants, or livestock, unless agreed in advance.
• Anything prohibited under applicable law.

6. Liability and insurance

We take care to move your belongings safely. Transit insurance is available as an optional add-on, priced on the declared value of your goods, and we recommend it for intercity moves. Any claim should be raised at delivery and in writing within a reasonable time, with supporting details, so we can investigate.

7. Delays

We plan routes and timings carefully, but factors outside our control — traffic, weather, road closures, or building access rules — can affect timing. We'll keep you informed and work to minimise any disruption.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
