Which of those you're moving out of changes the whole plan. The village-side houses come with narrow entries and a decade or two of a family's belongings, so those are full-crew jobs with real packing, the heavy steel almirah and the pooja unit and all. The builder floors are the fiddly ones, no lift as a rule, staircases that turn tight, and a parking spot that a neighbour's already claimed by the time our tempo arrives. And then the Sarjapur-side complexes are the straightforward ones, a booked lift and a gate pass and you're moving.
Our surveyor asks which of the three you're in before anything else, because in Agara the building type sets the crew size and the vehicle more than the number of bedrooms does.
The Silk Board and Sarjapur Road question
Every Agara move runs into the same fork, does your route touch Silk Board, or does it stay on the Sarjapur Road side? The junction just south is one of the city's worst, and a loaded tempo caught in it mid-morning goes nowhere for a long time. Moves toward BTM, Koramangala and the city cross that mess. Moves out toward Sarjapur Road, Bellandur and the ORR can mostly keep clear of it.
