Bike Transport Services in Bellandur
People arrive in Bellandur for a job on the Outer Ring Road before they've found somewhere to live. The first weeks are a hotel, a company guest house or a friend's sofa, while they look at flats in the towers around the lake. The bike, meanwhile, is sitting at home in another city, and they'd like it here.

One option is to have it delivered to the office, where you spend most of your waking hours anyway. The campuses along the ORR have security, parking and someone at a desk all day, which is more than a hotel can offer. It works well, but a tech park isn't built for receiving a carrier, so it needs a little arranging first.
Asking the campus first
Every office park on this stretch has its own rules about vehicles that don't belong to registered employees, and they're usually written for visitors' cars rather than a bike arriving on a truck. Some will happily let a bike be dropped at the visitor parking. Others won't let a goods vehicle near the gate. Ask your facilities or admin team before you book, and ask them in writing if you can.
What you're asking is simple. Can a bike be delivered to the campus on a given day? Where can the carrier stop to unload it? And can the bike then be parked in the employee two-wheeler area once you've registered it?
Many campuses issue a parking sticker or an access tag to employees' vehicles, and a bike arriving from another city won't have one. Get it registered against your employee ID before it arrives, or at least know where it can wait while that happens.
If the answer is no, the fallback is a friend's building or a paid lot nearby, and the bike moves again when you have a flat. That's a short local trip, done the same day.
On the delivery day
Campus security will want to know who's receiving the bike. That should be you, in person, at the gate, with your employee ID and a copy of the RC. Give us your office number and a mobile that you'll answer during the working day, and we'll call before the carrier arrives.
The carrier stops outside, or at whatever bay security points to, and the bike is unwrapped there. Check it against the pickup photos before you sign. A campus gate in daylight is a good place to do that, far better than a dim basement.
The tank arrives almost empty because it's drained before loading. Most campuses on the ORR aren't next to a pump, so bring a little fuel in a bottle, or plan to push it to the parking area and fill up on the way home.
Pick a delivery time outside the office rush, ideally mid-morning or early afternoon on a weekday, when you can step out of a meeting for twenty minutes. Between eight and eleven and again in the evening, the ORR near Bellandur and the Iblur junction crawl, and so do the campus entrances.
Once you've found a flat
When you've moved into one of the towers between the ORR and the lake, the bike just needs to get from the office to home, which most people simply ride. If you're not comfortable riding in Bellandur traffic yet, we can move it that short distance too.
Bellandur's societies are strict about vehicles, with owner NOCs, association clearances and parking stickers. Register the bike with your new society early, before the first time security stops you at the boom barrier on your way home from work.
If you're moving out of Bellandur instead, the same process runs the other way. The bike comes up from the tower basement to the gate, where it's photographed and wrapped, and the society usually wants to know it's leaving.
Some people find the office arrangement works so well that they leave the bike at the campus for weeks while flat-hunting, using it for the evening viewings. Check how long your campus lets a vehicle stay, as some clear out unregistered vehicles after a while.
Scooty shifting to Bellandur
Scooters arrive here as often as motorcycles, usually for the short trips from a flat to the campus. A scooter delivered to an office is just as easy as a motorbike, and lighter to push to the parking area if it's dry.
On the carrier it's protected exactly as any bike would be, and it costs a little less. At the other end, the same campus rules apply, so register it with facilities before it arrives.
If the scooter has been at home for a while before travelling, ask whoever hands it over to check the tyres and the battery. A flat battery means a push from the campus gate.
A scooter is also the easier one to keep at a friend's building in the meantime if the campus says no, since it fits into gaps a motorcycle won't.
Bike transport into Bellandur from other cities
Bikes come here from all over, and the busiest routes are the quickest to arrange. From a small town it can take longer for a carrier heading to Bangalore to fill, and we'll say so at the quote. You'll know the arrival day before loading, which lets you warn facilities well ahead.
At the collection end, whoever hands it over needs the key and photocopies of the registration and owner's ID, and should stay for the pickup photos. Ask them to send you the pictures the same day.
The price comes after a free survey, often a video from whoever has the bike, and it doesn't change. If you're bringing a household to Bellandur too, the Bellandur packers page covers that move.
