Bike Transport Services in Mylasandra
Mylasandra, between Begur and Yelenahalli, has been building fast. New apartment towers have gone up where there were plots a few years ago, and many people moving here are the first residents of their flat, sometimes the first in their whole block.

If your bike is coming here from another city, the delivery lands in a building that may still be working out its own rules. The association might be brand new, the parking allotment might be unfinished, and the road to the gate might not be tarred yet. Sort those out before the carrier arrives.
Before the bike arrives
Find out whether your society has started registering vehicles. Most do it fairly early, with a form, a sticker or a tag at the boom barrier, and the facility manager will want the registration number, your flat number and a copy of the RC.
Ask which parking slot is yours. In a new building, allotments are sometimes still being argued over, and the first week is when you're most likely to find someone else's bike in your space. Knowing your slot number before the delivery saves a confused hunt in the basement.
Tell the security desk the delivery date, and give them our number. A goods vehicle arriving at a new tower can be stopped at the gate until someone confirms who it's for.
If the building isn't ready for vehicles yet, with the basement still being finished, arrange somewhere else for the bike to wait: a friend's building, or a corner of the open parking with the facility manager's permission.
Find out, too, whether visitors' vehicles are allowed through the boom barrier during the hours the delivery is planned. Some new societies restrict goods vehicles to certain times of day while construction work is still going on nearby.
The road to the gate
Some approach roads in Mylasandra are still unfinished, rough after rain and narrow in places. A long carrier needs firm ground to stop on, so tell us at booking if your road is unpaved and we'll plan to unload at the nearest firm stretch.
Send a location pin for the actual gate you want, rather than the project's sales office. New projects often have a marketing address that's nowhere near the residents' entrance.
When the carrier arrives, the bike is unwrapped beside it and checked against the pickup photos. Walk round it carefully before signing. Then ride or push it into the building.
The tank will be close to empty, since the fuel is drained before loading. Bring a little in a bottle, or plan a short ride to the nearest pump before it's needed for the commute.
If it has rained heavily the night before, the crew may ask to meet you on a tarred road a little further from the gate. It's a short push or ride, and it keeps a heavy vehicle from getting stuck in mud on a half-built road, which would delay everyone, including your neighbours' deliveries.
Scooter shifting to a new flat
New Mylasandra residents bring scooters at least as often as motorbikes, for hops to Hulimavu, Begur and the Bannerghatta Road shops. A scooter rides the truck under the same wrap and straps, and its price is normally the lower of the two.
A new society's sticker or tag goes on the scooter as soon as it arrives. If you're still waiting for one, keep a copy of your registration form in the seat box so the guard can see you've applied.
If someone else is receiving the scooter because you're still travelling, make sure they know which parking slot is yours and have the society's contact number.
Lock the scooter's steering and take the key inside once it's parked. In a new building, CCTV is not always running yet, and the basement can be busy with workers for months after handover.
Bike transport into Mylasandra from other cities
First-time flat owners here have moved in from everywhere. A bike coming from a metro is easy to schedule; one from a small district town waits until a Bangalore-bound truck is passing that way, and we'll be clear about it in the quote, with an arrival date you can give the facility manager.
Back in your old town, the person releasing the bike to us needs its key, a photocopied RC and the owner's ID copy. Ask them to watch the condition photos being taken and forward them to you that evening, so you know what to expect in the basement.
The survey can be a short video from whoever is minding the bike, at no charge, and our GST-inclusive quote is written. For furniture heading into the same new flat, see the Begur packers page.
If you're arriving by flight or train and the bike is still on the road, give us a second phone number at your end: a colleague, a relative or the facility manager. Delivery days sometimes move a little, and someone has to answer when the crew calls from the gate.
When the delivery date is set, check it against your own move-in date. The bike arriving before you have keys to the flat is awkward, because there's nowhere official for it to go. A day or two after your own arrival is easier.
Once you've moved in
Give the bike a proper look in the first week: tyre pressure, chain tension, brakes. A carrier journey is gentle, but a bike that's been standing at the other end before collection can need a little attention.
Update the address on your insurance policy so the renewal finds you. If the bike is going to stay in Karnataka for good and was registered in another state, re-registration will come up eventually; that's done with the transport department, separately from the move.
Introduce yourself to the security team in the first week, with the bike. Guards in a new building are still learning faces and registration numbers, and a rider they recognise gets waved through the barrier rather than stopped every evening while the sticker is pending.
If you ride into the city for work, try a few different routes in the first fortnight. Mylasandra's roads towards Begur, Hulimavu and Hosur Road each clog at different times, and a regular commuter usually settles on a favourite within a month.

The bike can ride on the same vehicle as your household and go on the same quote. The Begur moving page covers the rest of the move from around Mylasandra.

Where it's coming from matters most. A new tower or an unfinished road doesn't add to it. The quote is written, GST shown, after a free look.

We'll unload at the nearest firm stretch and you ride it in.
Yes, and scooters are lighter to wheel down a new basement ramp.
Yes. Thrissur and the other Kerala cities are frequent; a village further inland may need more time to match with a truck.
Yes, Chennai is a frequent route into south-east Bangalore.
Arrange somewhere for it to wait, with the facility manager's permission.

Very little. Bring some in a bottle.
Eventually, if it's staying for good. That's done separately with the transport department.
It's better if it doesn't. Without a flat, there's no official place for it in the building. Plan delivery a day or two after you move in, or arrange a friend's parking for the gap.
No. Tell us the allowed hours at booking and the delivery will be planned inside them.
